- Please allow 1-3 days for reply.
Shipping
- Please allow up to 5 days for orders to be processed.
- Orders that contain both pre-order items and items that are readymade in stock, all items contained in that order will be shipped out on the pre-order items schedule.
- Shipping time is based on time after parcel is received by courier.
- Tracking number info will be emailed when shipping label is created .
- All shipment pricing is based on size and weight.
- An additional duty and tax fee may occur on orders outside Canada. (Customs vary for every country so please check your local customs rates and policies)
- Please make sure you check out with the CORRECT address, we are not responsible for orders being sent to the wrong destination.
Return
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Orders can be canceled if you reach out to us before shipping label is created.
- Orders containing pre-order items cannot be canceled.
Payments
- All high risk orders will be cancelled.
- All prices are listed in Canadian and United States (CAD,USD) Dollars.
- Payment made by Credit Card and Debit are processed through Stripe®.
